    - There is One God, the Eternal, the Only Being; none exists save He.
        
        The one God: (breathing in) "It is God Whom I see 
        (breathing out) in all names and forms." 
	- There is One Master, the Guiding Spirit of all Souls, Who 
        constantly leads His followers towards the light. 
        The one Master: (in) "Teach me, 0 Lord, (out) through the words of Thy 
        Messenger." 
    - There is One Holy Book, the sacred manuscript of nature, 
        the only scripture which can enlighten the reader. 
        The one Holy Book: (in) "Unfold Thy secret through nature, (out) and 
        reveal Thy mystery through my heart." 
    - There is One Religion, the unswerving progress in the 
        right direction towards the ideal, which fulfills the life's purpose of 
        every soul. 
        The one Religion: (in) "The true religion is the sea of truth; (out) all 
        different faiths are as its waves." 
    - There is One Law, the law of reciprocity, which can be 
        observed by a selfless conscience, together with a sense of awakened 
        justice. 
        The one Law: (out) "From whomever I take anything, (in) I take it from 
        Thee." (out) "To whomever I give something, (in) I give it humbly to 
        Thee." 
    - There is One Brotherhood, the human brotherhood which 
        unites the children of earth indiscriminately in the Fatherhood of God.
        
        The one Brotherhood: (in) "I find Thy shrine (out) at the heart of man." 
    - There is One Moral, the love which springs forth from 
        self denial and blooms in deeds of beneficence. 
        The one Moral Principle: (out) "In showing my sympathy to anyone, (in) I 
        express my love to Thee." 
    - There is One Object of Praise, the beauty which uplifts 
        the heart of its worshippers through all aspects from the seen to the 
        unseen. 
        The one Object of Praise: (in) "I see Thy beloved beauty (out) in all 
        colors and forms." 
    - There is One Truth, the true knowledge of our being, 
        within and without, which is the essence of all wisdom. 
        
        The one Truth: (in) "Let myself turn (out) into Thy Being" 
    - There is One Path, the annihilation of the false ego in 
        the real, which raises the mortal to immortality, in which resides all 
        perfection. 
        The one Path: (in) "Let me drown in Thy divine ocean, (out) as a pearl 
        in wine."
